Monday: 7AM-10AM and 4PM-7:00PM

Thursday: 7AM-10AM and 4PM-7:00PM

The Above is our timetable of Drop Offs and Pick Ups for Boarding/Hotel Stays & Daycare.

Please Text PPC Text Line: 412-856-8505 on the morning of Pick Up to Advise of Definite Pick Up time. Also, 30 minutes prior to arrival so that we may have the guest prepared to go home & packed.
Late Pick Up/Drop Off:
If you require a special circumstance in which you wish to pick up after the designated times, please pre-arrange this at the time of booking. We understand time constraints on your end (e.g. Plane lands after designated time,etc). Please keep in mind that all needs cannot be met, especially last minute requests. We would however prefer you do what you can to stay within the posted times. Please contact at least 2 hours to our closing time if you foresee a problem.
Our door is locked and closed at the designated closing time. Any guests not picked up by closing time will spend the evening. They may be picked up the following day during normal business hours. All applicable boarding fees will be charged, and the 10am no charge pick up policy is null and void in this circumstance.
Late Pick Up/ Drop Offs are subject to the following fees:
After Designated Pick/Drop Off Time: $25
No Exceptions & Must Be Approved. Must be paid at time of Pick up.
If you find that these times do not meet your needs, we'd rather ask that you seek services elsewhere in all due respect.
Late Policies will be strictly enforced.
